What moves social media content

In the online world, one might say, “content is king”. I agree with this statement and would add that using good words, expressions, having the ability to describe events or certain goods is essential. This will have people liking your content, and most importantly, everything else you might put out there. Users are very much aware of what they want and what others might think is right.
I recently read an article by Muhammad Saleem in which he describes how to get a social media user to vote for your content. He states one very important fact which is “People mostly submit and vote for content not because they objectively think the content is good, but because they think that the community in general is going to find the content to be good”. How you achieve this will depend on the steps you take.
When writing an article, be up to date with what`s hot on the market. Take note of current events or products. See if other writers have left out certain information, and use this to your advantage, because excellent content on stuff that`s already out there can differentiate you from your competitors.
Within titles, “simplicity provides a thin line between eloquence and plainness.” Make your heading simple and tempting enough for any reader to jump onto your story. Be careful not to use large words that may scare away your audience.
A good introduction and a concise ending gives you an edge on keeping readers glued onto your content, especially in the social media circles where an article can be passed on from one reader to the next. Content with pictures in a thumbnail format can lure a reader into looking at your content, but can be very costly if your thumbnail does not relate to the content, which can easily throw the reader off.
Friends! How many of us have them? The more friends you have in Social Media can be very advantageous. Be assured that your content will be passed easily among your friends and even beyond. On the down side, if a poorly drafted article is passed on, your reputation can be severely damaged. So be careful as to how you present your content. Gossip travels quickly through word of mouth. Online, this same habit can work in your favour. The more people talk about your article the higher the chances of people reading it.
Lead the pack by getting users to vote for your content. Two main ingredients have to be mixed together. First, know the power of words and how to strike at emotions. Second, win your audience and be the leader of your pack. Lastly, do not take sides without knowing who is king, weigh your options when writing, and write content that people want to read and share.
